1. Frequently check each connecting bolt and the square head bolt that fixes the tooth plate to prevent loosening.
2. Lubricate each bearing bush, large and small gears and special-shaped gears 1-2 times to ensure sufficient lubricating oil inside the bearing bush and reduce excessive breakdown of sleeve bushes and gears.
3. The feeding particle size should not exceed the specified size, and the feeding should be continuous and even to prevent material clogging.
4. Check the temperature of the bearing frequently. The temperature rise of the bearing bush should not exceed room temperature 25-30C.
5. The bearing slide of the moving roller should be cleaned frequently to remove dust and debris to prevent materials from entering the moving roller and preventing it from moving and causing accidents.
6. In the event of a sudden power outage, disconnect the power supply to the motor first to prevent accidents caused by sudden power outages. Then take out the unshredded materials in the shredder to prevent the safety pin from being cut off due to excessive load when the shredder is started.
7. Pay attention to the working condition of the safety pin. If you find that the safety pin is cut off, cut off the power immediately to prevent the large pulley from idling on the sleeve for too long, causing excessive wear of its mating surface or even shaft holding and other accidents.
8. Operators must strictly implement safety technical operating procedures and should not operate at will to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
