Working principle:

Material through the feeding system into the shredding box, the box bearing the shredding blade, push the material box will be pushed to the blade near the material after the shredding blade tearing, extrusion, shearing and other comprehensive effects, shredding into small pieces of material, discharged from the screen hole.

The cutter block is arranged in V-shaped rows along the base shaft and fixed on the base shaft with screws. It rotates with the base shaft to form the cutter head. There are two sets of static knives, fixed to the frame. The material is fed to the cutter head by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The speed is stable and adjustable, and the propulsion force is large and even. Suitable for recycling all kinds of large solid body materials, irregular and difficult materials, plastic containers and plastic buckets, tubes, films, fibers, paper, etc. The spindle speed is 45~100 RPM.
