Daily maintenance of waste paper shredder is as follows:
- Do a good job of lubrication.
1). Always pay attention to and timely lubricate the friction surface, and the grease used should be determined according to the location and temperature conditions of use. Generally, calcium-based, sodium-based and calcium-sodium-based greases are used;
2). When adding grease, clean the roller bearing raceway with clean gasoline or kerosene before adding it. The grease added to the bearing seat should be about 50% of its spatial volume, and it should be replaced every 3 to 6 months. This ensures the normal operation of the waste paper shredder and extends its service life.
- Keep the equipment clean
1). Always keep the waste paper shredder clean, without dust accumulation, oil stains, oil leakage, water leakage, electricity leakage, and dust leakage. It is also important to note that dust and other debris must not enter the lubrication system and lubrication parts, because these debris will not only destroy the lubricating oil film, but also cause the equipment to lose lubrication and increase wear, shortening the service life of the equipment
2). Pay attention to the regular cleaning of the bearings. After 2000 hours of operation, open the main shaft assembly to clean the bearings. Generally, new bearings should be replaced after 7200 hours of operation.
- Regularly check the wear of the machine
1). Regularly stop the machine and open the observation door to observe the internal wear of the equipment, the wear degree of the center feed pipe, cone cap, upper and lower flow channel linings of the impeller, circumferential guard plates, and wear-resistant blocks. After wear, they should be replaced or repaired in time. When replacing the wear-resistant blocks, they should be replaced at the same time to ensure that the weight of the wear-resistant blocks is the same.
2). It is strictly forbidden to open the observation door to observe the internal working conditions during work to avoid danger.
- Check the operation of the equipment.
1). The tension of the transmission triangle belt should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the triangle belt is evenly stressed. When driven by two motors, the triangle belts on both sides should be grouped and matched so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible.
2). The current difference between the two motors should be adjusted to not exceed 15A.
